Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an incredible experience at this hotel, especially for their high tea, which was definitely a highlight for my celebration. The views from the rooms overlooking Table Mountain were magnificent, making it a lovely place to relax. However, I did face some hiccups with the service during my afternoon tea — the sandwich selection was underwhelming, and the wait for our tea felt too long. Overall, the quality of the food could use some improvement, but the ambiance and views made it worth it.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right on the waterfront in Cape Town. The views from my room were breathtaking, especially since we had a beautiful ocean-facing room. The staff were exceptionally professional and went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my time there. However, the Christmas dinner didn’t quite meet my expectations, as I’ve had much better experiences at other five-star hotels. Overall, it’s a delightful place to stay, just be mindful of special dining events.
I had a delightful stay at this beautiful hotel, where I enjoyed luxurious linens, an outstanding breakfast, and stunning views. Being right on the waterfront makes it so convenient for exploring shops and cafes. However, the service at times felt lacking, as staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience but could use some improvement in service.
My stay at Table Bay had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location was fantastic and the room quality was impressive, especially with a view of Table Mountain. However, there were significant service issues that made the experience frustrating, including a lengthy wait time for luggage and a lack of communication. Dining was decent, but I expected more variety, especially for the breakfast. Overall, while it has potential, the experience did not live up to the high price tag.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance made my experience feel luxurious. While the service was generally good, there were some minor issues with room service and lifts that took away from an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, it was worth the price for the beautiful experience, but there were a few areas that could use improvement.
